OurTotal Body Circuit fitness class is a full body toning, muscle strengthening and fat melting workout! This high intensity interval training routine utilizes our top of the line workout equipment. As you go from station to station you pick your own weight whether you want to tone or gain muscle.

We all want a dancers body right? Barre3D combines Pilates & Yoga utilizing the ballet barre, pilates balls & light weights to give you long, beautifully sculpted lean muscles.

Morning Maxx Tue & Thur 5:30am

This 45min. total body workout is great for toning, sculpting, fat loss &
strengthening while focusing equal time on upper body, lower body
& abs using free weights, workout equipment & your own body weight.

Battle Slam Tue 5:30pm & Thur 7:30pm (BattleSlam KIDS for ages 8-12 Sat 9am)

This 1hour workout will have you slamming medicine balls, whipping battle ropes, flipping tires, swinging kettles and so much more!
